Visit the roof of the bank in Booty Bay to join the Dread Pirate crew. And remember to bring your parrot.
Now I just have to figure out how to Azeroth-up "A Pirate Looks at 40."

Re: release data
After all the drama, I just went with Amazon, now that they've got the CE. I got the original CE and game from them, back in 2004, and it worked out just fine.

Re: release data
That's a big premium for that ($24 extra), when I can just take the day off (the boss has approved of a four-day weekend, since I'm going to be wrung-out from election season) and drive around SoCal and get it.

Hmm, so far, no store is allowing pick-up of the CE.
I may be forced to drive all over Southern California again on release day ...

Re: release data
Is there a pick-up option? I only see ordering there. I'll do that if I must, but it seems a waste, since we have two GameStops within 10 miles of us.

Got the Game Stop link? I want to make a four-day weekend out of it and just pick it up at a local store (CE for me, regular for Beli).

Re: WotLK Respecs?
They'll be fine. The pendulum swings back and forth a lot during beta, and it's a bad idea to get excited about any extreme it lands at, since that's not its final position. Any time you see something that makes you say, "I MUST have that," it's going to be changed. Conversely, stuff that makes you ...

Re: WotLK Respecs?
Yeah, the mana regen of all three classes will overlap, not stack. So you won't need a shadow priest on raids, you'll just need someone with a mana replenishment ability. That said, Survival does look nice, but I'm sticking with Marksmanship. I really like what they've done with Chimera Shot. I may ...

Re: Chrome
You bet. I write pretty clean copy as-is, but anything that's not right gets spotted pretty fast, and people ask good follow-up questions that I have often time to answer before the final version of the story goes in the paper.

Re: Chrome
I try that model by posting our stories on the Web site before it hits the newspaper. Some readers are happy to serve as copy editors -- especially when their input results in a noticeably better story in the paper -- but it really pisses some users off. Unfortunately, we can't afford any paid copy ...

GMail has the same issues and no one's too upset about that any more. People were OUTRAGED that GMail's ads were based on the contents of your e-mail originally.

You know how Google uses your cookies (when you sign in) to track where you go and give you more targeted advertising? They have the ability to do the same with this browser. So there are people concerned it's a bit too snoopy.
