Wilford Brimley

I really like Wilford Brimley. Sometimes I wonder if he eats the day-old oatmeal that gets stuck in his mustache.

The only reason I know this guy is the diabetes commercials where he's on a horse.

I know him better as that deranged guy on John Carpenter's The Thing. He wore a earing, which I remember thinking kind of odd for a guy his age. Odd, the things one notices.

I'm constantly amazed that this man is still alive.

The Thing was a great movie. Me and my dad used to watch it on Laserdisc, I remember being pretty freaked out by this movie. I haven't seen it in so long but I need to watch that shit again.

I have a fondness for most of John Carpenter's movies, especially the 80's flicks.

I totally agree. Good luck finding a better movie that Big Trouble in Little China. The commentary on that disk is hilarious as well.

You were watching the best movie ever, and yes, he was in it. Hes the coach of The New York Knights. The team Roy Hobbs plays for! (how they sullied that movie by putting the main team in New York is beyond me....but i digress..)

Well yeah, it's a good purposeful show, and it did have its time. But best movie ever? That's hard to swallow with movies like Tombstone, Kill Bill, and now Iron Man. Those are some of the few on my list anyways. Though they could have been even better if Wilford Brimley had played Doc Holiday, Bill, and Iron Man. We can only imagine.

Anyways, Eremius.. Yes. You are correct. The Big Lebowski is the best fucking movie ever. We need to start a Big Lebowski quote thread.
