Chef title fixes coming

This was pretty obvious, but now it's official.

This is mistaken. After obtaining Northrend Gourmet achievement, a new tier of the achivement opens, requiring not 30 but 45 recipes, more than can be obtained with the current content - the limit is 43 because some recipes are bugged (not being rewarded by quests) or not implemented.
