Follow these steps to remove the WoW Forum advertisement's permanently, including the frame elements, using a FireFox addon called "Remove it Permanently". This will universally filter all ad frames and right-margin elements, effectively reverting the website to its original glory.

1) Install RIP (https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/521) or go to the Tools->Add-ons menu and search for the addon from Mozilla's website
2) Create a new text file, name it "WoW.rip"
3) Open the file in Notepad (or any text editor) and copy the following text into the file, then save and close the file...

4) Open FireFox and go to Tools->RIP Options
5) Click the "Import RIP..." button and import the "WoW.rip" file you just created.

AdBlock Plus can also permanently remove them. I didn't realize what the fuss was about at first because of it, in fact.
