No clue, I just thought it was kind of funny, and a bit cool. I think basically it's for programmers who want to calculate the value of Pi to the 1,000,000,000,000,000,000 decimal place, or figure out the exact distance from the sun the earth will be on any given day of any given year, which is what I will use mine for!

I thought about putting Linux on ours just for giggles, but at the rate we've been purchasing games from PlayStation Network, I've decided we don't have the space to spare for such tomfoolery. :p
