The challenge is simple:
Post a Warcraftized version of a Christmas carol (or Hannukah song) on this thread by 6 p.m. PST on December 20. At that point, a poll will be set up to let people pick their favorites, automagically closing on December 22. The winner will receive cold hard (in-game) cash.
The grand prize will be one gold piece per person who submits an entry (last year's entries are automatically disqualified, sorry, make up a new one this year!). If only one person enters, they get one gold piece on the character of their choice. If 100 people enter, the competition will be a lot fiercer, but the reward will be even more impressive.
And what do you pay to enter? Nothing!
So get to it, and let the Winter's Veil spirit fill you!

Quick and dirty, but based on my favorite Christmas/Holiday Season carol:
1. Good King Bronzebeard looked out,
On Dun Morogh
When the snow lay round about,
Deep and crisp and even:
Brightly shone the moon that night,
Though the frost was cruel,
When a poor dwarf came in sight,
Fleeing wolves and trolls.
2. "Come good rogue and stand by me,
If thou know'st it, tell me
Yonder dwarf, who is he,
Where and what his dwelling?"
"Sire, he lives a good league hence,
In the Coldridge Valley,
Right up near the tunnel,
By the hamlet Anvil."
3. "Bring my gun and bring me ale,
Bring me bullets hither:
You and I will see him safe,
When we slay those critters."
Rogue and monarch forth they went,
Forth they went together;
Though the rude winds wild lament,
And the bitter weather.
4. "Sire, the numbers how they grow,
And the troggs soon follow;
Fails my heart, I know not how,
We can beat such numbers."
"Mark my footsteps, my good rogue
Loosen up thy daggers;
Thou shalt find the foes shall fall
As we work together."
5. In his master's steps he trod,
Towards the goodly numbers;
Poison on his daggers went
So they dripped and glittered.
Therefore, Dwarven folk, be sure,
Wealth or rank possessing,
Ye who now will save the wee,
Shall yourselves find blessing.

See the heroes, busy heroes
dressed in holiday style.
In the air there's a feeling of winter.
Snowmen dancing, reindeer prancing
lose your cares for awhile.
And in even dark dungeons you'll hear,
Silver bells, silver bells
It's Winter Veil in Azeroth.
Ring-a-ling, hear them sing
Soon the Greatfather will come.
On the cold nights, strings of bright lights
break the tiresome routine.
As adventurers gather their treasures.
Hear the snow crunch, see the gnomes bunch
It's a fine cheerful scene.
And above all this bustle you'll hear,
Silver bells, silver bells
It's Winter Veil in Azeroth.
Ring-a-ling, hear them sing
Soon the Greatfather will come.
