For some reason I can't see the picture...but let me take a guess: did you try to engage the dragon before clearing the entire floor of draginkins, and when you engaged the dragon they came to back it up?

Yeah, server holding the screenshot is down at the moment, but that's the gist of it. All of us forgot about the "clear all dragonkin" bit as we'd ended up running back and forth a few times within the instance. Wipe was pretty instantaneous.
