Truly a work of art

Post by goomba_boy » 18 Jan 2007 12:28 am

I've taken a lot of screen shots over the past couple of days, but of all of the shots I've taken, this is by far the most important thing I have seen in regards to the expansion.

The miracle of women's armour. Itty bitty area, massive AC. :P

The AC for female armor is a derived value. No male attacker will be capable of looking at any areas other than the 4 square inches of skin covered by the armor, and if you can't see it, you can't hit it.

Ha! I showed the screenshot to my girlfriend, and she really wants to know what the "thong" piece is, so that her character can maybe get it!
Andostre -- 70 Human Priest on Crushridge
Spaten -- 70 Dwarf Warrior on Crushridge
Tleki -- 30s Gnome Warrior on Silver Hand
Lamon -- 40s Orc Warlock on Silver Hand
(And a bunch of other considerably less than 70 alts all scattered about)

Would it make me a perv if I saved that and made it a background?

Widge is correct; it would merely illustrate that you were a perv.

On the other hand, you aren't the one who took the shot!

Great artists are always persecuted for the risks that they take and the societal norms that they challenge.

Either that or I am continuing to act out my inner pervert. I declare that time will be my judge!

Taking pictures of perky female behinds doesn't challenge a societal norm, it manifests one. Nice try, but no dice.

I respectfully disagree, perfesser.

VIEWING images of perky female posteriors does indeed manifest a societal norm. But the actual capturing of said images is still branded an art, and as such I am challenging convention. How I choose to define the "challenging" is up to me as the temperamental artistic type in the equation.

What exactly is challenging or risky about this conventional, albeit attractive, presentation of feminine buttocks attired in a thong? It appears to be the traditional family portrait school of naughty pictures.

Needless to say I don't think it will be showing at the Paris Museum of Erotica anytime soon. ;)

(I do recommend you visit said museum if you get the chance by the way, was definitely worth the price of admission. Kinda a seedy part of town though, go in the daytime.)
