Just let us know when you're ready to do this run, Guumbah, and you won't lack for people to join you. It really is alot of fun.

No, but if we keep doing these Anzu runs, it will!ukator wrote:Did the bird mount drop? That thing is pretty wild looking.

Re: The Adventures of Superbird
I agree completely. I'm up for a Anzu run even if someone wants to do one just for Lower City faction and not the druid flight quest. It's so much fun.Ringo Flinthammer wrote:More Anzu runs are goodness.
After getting a taste of the heroics, as you said, who wants to do normal runs again?

Re: The Adventures of Superbird
Oh, how low I have sunk... Once I roamed the skies of Outland by myself, secure in the knowledge that my solitude would not be disturbed. Now I have to run the risk of high speed incontinence missiles disturbing my peace. Grats to Sanlear, and sorry I could not make it - I had to fertilize my lawn ...

Sanlear - Now pooping on your head and flying away 220% faster! May the poop be with you! :) I was wondering about the lore! Druids of the Talon are awesome! I absolutely loved the storyline behind this quest. It was very well done. Although officially the Druids of the Talon became part of the Cen...

Excellent! I already posted a quick thread about it to gauge people's schedules and we'll plan for hitting it soon.

I'm happy to report I was able to solo it all up to the Sethekk Hallls run. It was alot of fun. The last bird boss, the one that requires you to use nukes, was a close one, though.

Heh, I don't blame you. You're much better geared than I am.ukator wrote:Heh, 2700 or so and counting. I'm slow! My goal is just to get it done by the expansion time:)
This is just something I've wanted to do for a long time. I've never gotten epic flying on a character before.

Thank you guys! I'm now up to 4915 gold, so I'll be hitting that 5000 goal and getting the questline started very soon. Once I'm up to Sethekk, we'll coordinate a date and time for everyone interested in joining. Should be a fun time.
Ukator, how are you coming along?

Re: Up in the sky!! It's a bird....it's a plane....
Shouldn't be too much longer before I start the quest line. I'm less than 200 gold away from having 5000, and then I'll be able to buy 300 riding, and start the epic questline. From the summary of it I've read, it looks like most of it is soloable until the final part, the heroic run through Sethekk...

I was playing an undead rogue on Shadow Council when the AQ event was going on. I wish I had transferred to Silver Hand sooner than I did. I think I would have enjoyed it alot more.

I think my first act as the newly crowned King of the Ogres will be to require my subjects to bathe.

Re: Up in the sky!! It's a bird....it's a plane....
Well, I'm not in a huge rush - I already have an epic mount, so I do get the "go fast thing", but the pooping is problematic at this point. You two get your tail feathers in gear and we'll do the whole enchilada together. Let me know if you need help on the intermediate quests - I did them all with...
