They're pickpocketed out of the pockets of humanoids in the higher level zones in Northrend.

My wife gave me a set of the Dwarven Dice, and because they don't actually /roll, I made a macro that use them, that seems to go over well at dinner parties and 5-mans:

/cast Decahedral Dwarven Dice
/s Big Money, Big Money!
/roll

The only issue I have with the macro is that in the chat log, the /roll happens before the other two lines.

Hopefully they'll fix both of these to work off of existing /random code.
